Raffles The Palm Dubai is located on the West Cresent – Palm Jumeirah, along 500 metres of sugar-fine private beachfront. High-end dining, spa treatments, a cinema and more can be found onsite, but if you would like to venture away from this heavenly resort, Dubai’s city centre is just a 20-minute drive away. The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB). Airport transfers are included in select packages only, please contact the resort to arrange.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 30 days prior to the original check-in date by contacting our 24/7 customer service team. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 30 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Included airport transfers for select packages must be confirmed with the resort at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Daily buffet breakfast can be redeemed at Le Jardin from 6.30am to 11am.
• Daily lunch or dinner is served at Le Jardin (buffet style) or guests can opt to receive an AED295 daily dining credit across a la carte restaurants per adult (12+) and AED110 daily dining credit per child (11 and under) at the following venues. *Please note: For stays after 11 January 2025, the dining credit will be decreased to AED220 per adult and AED110 per child.
• Dining Credit: The dining credit is for use on food only and will be deducted from the total bill at lunch or dinner. Any amount over the dining credit limit will be charged directly to the guests. Dining credit does not have any cash value, cannot be accumulated and is non-transferrable to another day or future stay. Dining options are subject to change and may be closed for certain meal periods. Guests will be neither refunded for any unconsumed meals nor provided with the price difference, should they dine under the spending limit.
• The included drink at Sola Jazz Lounge can be redeemed from 5pm to 3am daily. Any drink can be selected from the menu.
• The Kids’ Club is suitable for children aged between three and eight years and is open from 10am to 8pm on weekdays and 10am to 9pm on weekends.
• The onsite cinema is complimentary for all guests, bookings are not required.
• Raffles Club Lounge access (for select packages) entitles guests to the following: butler service, private check-in and checkout, welcome amenities in the room, suit pressing (one garment per stay), unlimited tea, coffee, juice and soft drinks, plus daily breakfast from 6.30am to 11am, light lunch, afternoon tea and evening canapes, as well as one evening drink. *Please note: For stays after 11 January 2025, lunch service will no longer be available in the lounge. Instead, afternoon tea with canapes and one beer, wine or prosecco per adult will be available from 2pm to 4pm.
• The included spa credit must be used during your stay.
• Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Spa credit can be redeemed for 90-minute massages only.
