Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

‘7-Day Change of Mind Guarantee’ - Bookings (except for Tour bookings) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Packages are valid for two adults.

Valid for travel until 25 January 2020 (bookings must be made before 30 September 2019).

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under). See below for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: One person (aged 12 - 20 years) may stay for a surcharge of AED250 per night or one person (aged 21 years and older) may stay for a surcharge of AED300 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with all package inclusions. Payable directly to the hotel in local currency.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a rollaway bed (max one extra bed per room) with accommodation and club access only.

Infant Policy: One infant (aged 2 and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request (subject to availability).

Connecting Raffles Club Rooms are available upon request, subject to availability.

Raffles Club Lounge: The lounge is open daily from 6:30AM – 11PM. Afternoon tea is served from 2PM – 4PM and evening canapes and cocktails are served from 6PM – 8PM. The dress code is smart casual (including jeans, smart trainers, collared t-shirts, shirts – but no shorts, slippers, or flip-flops). Update 12 February 2019 9am AEDT: Please note children aged 11 years and under are required to be on the upper floor of the club lounge during the evening canapés and cocktails (6pm - 8pm), due to alcohol being served on the ground floor of the club lounge.

Please note, Ramadan takes place from 5 May 2019. Food & Beverage service will continue however changes will be made during day light hours. Contact the hotel directly if you require more information.

Private airport transfers information: Your private airport transfer will be provided by Arabian Adventures. In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact Arabian Adventures via email at aatmres@emirates.com. You will need to provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 72 hours prior to arrival):

A Copy of your BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL , PLUS THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:

• Names of all travellers
• Ages of children travelling
• Arrival date and time
• Airline and flight number
• Contact phone number

IMPORTANT: Transfers (Lexus, Toyota or similar) are for two adults and one child up to the age of 16 per package only. Baby seats available on request at a supplement. Transfers are return between the airport and RAFFLES DUBAI ONLY and valid for Raffles Club Skyline Room and Diplomatic Suite only. Any variations will be at the discretion of Arabian Adventures and a surcharge may apply, payable direct. Luggage capacity is two large and two small pieces per booking. Surcharges may apply if these limits are exceeded.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this package.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
