7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Warehouse from 7am to 12pm.
• Nightly free-flow drinks hour is at Warehouse from 5pm to 6pm.
• Drinks hour includes local beer, house wine, house spirits, one select cocktail, soft drinks, chilled juices and water.
• Ice cream for children is available at Wow Cow from 11am to 9pm.
• Lunches and dinners can be redeemed at Warehouse and Hard Rock Cafe Phuket from 12pm to 3pm (lunch) and 5pm to 12am (dinner) or Scoozi Pizza from 12pm to 3pm (lunch) and 5pm to 11pm (dinner). Set-menu restrictions apply.
• 10% dining discount is valid for purchases at Sound Lounge and Bar, Hard Rock Cafe Phuket, Hooters Phuket, Scoozi Pizza or Warehouse.
• Kid’s Club is open from 9am to 6pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
