International Flights For Two Adults

• Roundtrip economy class airfares for two adults from Australia or New Zealand are included in your package. Prices shown are indicative only.
• Final airfare prices will be based on your departure airport.
• Please ensure you choose the correct departure city during checkout.
• Flights for children can be added at checkout for an additional cost.
• Please ensure you plan your transfers according to your flight’s arrival and departure times.
• Baggage will be outlined during the purchase process. For some carriers, you must add on baggage for a surcharge. This can be done during the purchase process or post-purchase. Baggage allowances may vary depending on the type of fare you purchase. Please ensure you check your baggage allowance prior to the purchase
• Flight Change of Date: Changes may be possible and will depend on the type of fare purchased. Additional airfare and tax charges may apply. Please check the flight terms and conditions during checkout for full details. Service fees may apply.

• Seats are only available out of Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Domestic add-ons are not available from other Australian cities.

Accommodation

• Whilst you are purchasing an accommodation and flights bundled package the accommodation component of your booking is governed by the relevant accommodation section of the Terms and Conditions. Further, the flight component of your booking is governed by the Flights section of the Terms and Conditions.
• Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 30 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
• Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 30 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
• Please note that Flexible Cancellation and Date Changes apply only for hotel accommodation and does does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Dinner at Blu Bar & Grill includes one main option and one starter or dessert.
• Kids’ Club is available for children (4–12) for a surcharge of FJ$15 per session, per child, excluding lunch.
• Children (12 and under) may enjoy lunch and dinner from the kids’ menu when dining with one paying adult per child at select restaurants.
• Your airport transfer will be in an air-conditioned vehicle between Nadi International Airport (NAN) and the resort.
• The transfer operator will be in touch within 1-2 business days to book your desired date.
• Should you require child seats, this will be an additional charge, payable direct to the transfer operator.
• Transfer services and any specific requests for a type of vehicle are subject to availability.
• Postponements due to flight delays where service is re-booked for a later date and time will incur no fees.
• Transfer operator must be notified in advance of delays to your arriving flight.
• There is a limit of one standard-size suitcase per person.
• Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs and the like is subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage.
• All guests must call or contact the transfer operator to re-confirm pick-up and drop-off details for the return journey.
