Please note: Due to maintenance work, the Byblos Restaurant closure has been extended to 1 April 2026. During this period, a selection of Lebanese dishes will be available exclusively on the Blu Bar & Grill lunch menu. Guests arriving on or before 1 April 2026 who were planning to dine at Byblos Lebanese Restaurant are kindly invited to contact restaurants.fiji@radisson.com to make alternative dining arrangements.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Up to two children (12 and under) may dine for free when with a dining adult. One child per adult restriction applies, so this offer applies for maximum of two adults and two children. Additional children (outside the first two children) are excluded from this benefit. Children may eat from kids’ menu only.
- Two lunches include one course and is from a set menu at Blu Bar & Grill.
- One-time dinner is either a two-course set menu or buffet dinner at Blu Bar & Grill (at hotel’s discretion).
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Note for Arrival transfers: Passengers must make their way from the arrivals/customs hall and head to the Tour Managers Fiji office, where you will be greeted and escorted to your waiting vehicle
- Luggage limits: There is a limit of 1 standard-size suitcase allowed per person on Tour Managers Fiji vehicles. Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs, and the like is subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage
- Additional charges apply from FJ18 for infant and child booster seats per one-way transfer. Please advise of your requirements at time of booking. Guests are able to bring their own booster or child seats if they advise Tour Managers Fiji in advance
- Transfers can accommodate up to six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
- Postponements due to flight delays where service is re-booked for a later date/time will incur no fees
- Waiting time charges – set amount for first hour
- Waiting time charges – For the first hour; 50% of the transfer rate will be charged. For more than two hours; an additional 50% of the transfer rate will be charged for every additional hour
