RACV Royal Pines Resort is located a 20-minute drive from Broadbeach. The best of the Gold Coast is on your doorstep as Surfers Paradise, Pacific Fair and People First Stadium are all within a 20-minute drive away. The resort is located approximately a 35-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay and is capped at A$150 for stays of six nights or longer, including consecutive stays. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar and in-room dining). No minimum spend applies. Guests must charge meals to their room for the credit to be applied.
• The included spa credit must be used during your stay.
• Spa credit applies to full-priced treatments of 60 minutes or longer. No further discount applies for RACV members. Bookings are essential.
• A$20 Golf Green Credit: Valid on the public rate only, bookings essential. Not valid with any other offers. No further discount applies to RACV Member rates. Golf can be played daily from 6am to 5pm. The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Daily Breakfast (Kalinda): Full buffet breakfast with a selection of hot and cold items, served at Kalinda Restaurant from 6.30am to 10am on weekdays, and 6.30am to 10.30am on weekends. For additional guests, breakfast can be added at check-in for a fee of A$32 per adult (13+) or A$15 per child (4–12); otherwise, a regular price of A$44 per person applies. Payable directly to the resort. Infants (under 4) eat free.
• Daily Breakfast (Executive Lounge): For guests staying in the Executive Twin Room, breakfast is available at the Executive Lounge. Guests wishing to dine at Kalinda may do so for a surcharge of A$15 per person, per day, payable directly to the resort at check-in.
• Executive Lounge access (select packages only): Guests under 13 are not permitted after 6pm. Children under the age of 13 are permitted prior to 6pm, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
• Parking is available in undercover or outdoor parking areas. Undercover parking is limited.

Unlimited Entry to Dreamworld & SkyPoint Observation Deck Inclusions & Fine Print

• Unlimited entry to Dreamworld for the duration of your hotel stay (up to 14 days).
• Unlimited entry to SkyPoint Observation Deck for the duration of your hotel stay (up to 14 days).
• Passes are valid for unlimited entry for duration of accommodation package OR up to 14 days (whichever comes first).
• Children aged two and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge, but are still required to be listed when booking.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+.
• All maintenance dates and opening hours are tentative only and subject to change, particularly during inclement weather.
• Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply to some rides and attractions at Dreamworld for safety or operational reasons.
• Please refer to displayed signage, website or Guest Services for specific restriction details.
• Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. Please seek medical advice if uncertain.
• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should refer to displayed signage or our website for specific details and present to Park Health before attending any of our rides, slides and attractions to determine specific ride suitability.
• Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these.
• Partial refunds do not apply if entry to attractions or activities was possible but guests choose not to proceed, did not redeem during the validity phase or were ineligible due to failure to meet minimum requirements.
• Attractions are subject to change depending on availability.
• Your official tickets will be added to your accommodation package in your account within 14 days of hotel check-in to allow for any date changes or cancellations within the 21-day flexible cancellation policy.
• Once the Dreamworld ticket has been added to your MyEscapes account, it is strictly non-refundable.
• The Dreamworld ticket must be presented upon entry to the theme park to be admitted.
