RACV Royal Pines Resort is located a 20-minute drive from Broadbeach and is within driving distance to popular attractions such as Surfers Paradise, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Pacific Fair, an abundance of theme parks and People First Stadium. The resort is located approximately a 35-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay and is capped at A$300 for stays of six nights or longer. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies. Guests must charge meals to their room for the credit to be applied.
• Spa Credit: The included spa credit must be used during your stay. Credit applies to full-priced treatments of 60 minutes or longer. No further discount applies for RACV members. Bookings are essential.
• A$20 Golf Green Credit: Valid on the public rate only, bookings essential. Not valid with any other offers. No further discount applies to RACV Member rates. Golf can be played daily from 6am to 5pm. The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Daily Breakfast (Kalinda): Full buffet breakfast with a selection of hot and cold items, served at Kalinda Restaurant from 6.30am to 10am on weekdays, and 6.30am to 10.30am on weekends. For additional guests, breakfast can be added at check-in for a fee of A$15 per child and A$30 per adult, otherwise a regular price of A$39 per person applies. Payable directly to the resort. Infants (under 4) eat free.
• Daily Breakfast (Executive Lounge): For guests staying in the Executive King and Executive Twin rooms or the Executive Level 22 Suite, breakfast is available at the Executive Lounge. Guests wishing to dine at Kalinda may do so for a surcharge of A$15 per person, per day, payable directly to the resort.
• Executive Lounge access (select packages only): Guests under 13 are not permitted after 6pm. Children under the age of 18 are permitted prior to 6pm, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
• The one-time three-course dinner at Arakawa is from a set tasting menu (select packages only), bookings are recommended to secure your preferred dining time and date. Arakawa is open daily from 5pm to 9pm.
• Parking is available in undercover or outdoor parking areas. Undercover parking is limited.
