You’ll feel worlds away among Noosa’s lush rainforests at this modern retreat, despite being only moments away from the action at Noosa Junction. The resort’s shuttle will bring you to the lively stretch of bars, restaurants, cafes and boutiques within five minutes, or to the white sands and turquoise waters of the Noosa Heads main beach. The resort is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar and room service). Credit is per package, per day and is non-cumulative. No minimum spend applies. Credit may be used for any dining or spa services. Credit must be used during stay, is not redeemable for cash or other services, and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer credit is not transferable.
• Nightly drink is served at Dazza’s Bar and is a choice of one house beer, house wine or soft drink per person.
• Drink credit must be used on the date specified, credits cannot be accumulated or transferred.
• Tennis court usage is subject to availability. Advanced bookings are required.
• The resort shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 8am to 6pm, to Noosa Junction shops and Hastings Street/Main Beach.
• The Three Bedroom Precinct Villa has either a private plunge pool or jacuzzi, allocated at random. Special requests may be considered, but do not guarantee your preference. For requests, please contact the resort to arrange.
• All one-bedroom suites and apartments include daily housekeeping. Two and three-bedroom apartments and villas are serviced weekly.
• One-bedroom apartments and suites receive daily housekeeping.
• Two- and three-bedroom apartments receive weekly housekeeping.
