Q1 Resort & Spa soars above the glitz of Surfers Paradise, just a short stroll to the iconic beachfront and the buzz of Cavill Avenue and a 30-minute drive to famous theme parks such as Dreamworld and Warner Bros. Movie World. The resort is approximately a 40-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Schoolies 22 November – 7 December 2025: Q1 Resort & Spa does not accommodate schoolies. All guests staying during this period must be over 21 years to stay at the resort. Q1 Resort & Spa reserves the right to refuse check-in for any guests under 21.

Renovation update: From November 2025 until March 2026 inclusive the Q1 Resort ground floor lobby will be closed for modernisation works. During this time, reception desk and tour desk will be relocated just outside the lobby in their own air-conditioned shop from 8am to 8pm, as well as a second reception desk open 24/7 on level two of the resort. Guests arriving at Q1 Resort should still do so via the main driveway, where they will be assisted with checking into their apartment. The lobby renovation works do not affect other resort facilities.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• An A$300 credit/debit card pre-authorisation is required upon check in as a bond for additional charges or damages.
• Each spa voucher is valid for one treatment, for one person, at Q1 Day Spa. Valid for treatments over A$100. The credit must be used during your stay and cannot be combined with the Signature Package or any other offer. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Not available on Sundays or public holidays.
• Welcome wine is a bottle of Zilzie sparkling wine, provided at reception on check-in.
• On-site underground parking is available for one vehicle with unlimited entries and exits. The car park is accessed using your room key so you will need to check in at reception prior to accessing the car park. The height restriction of the secure underground car parking area is strictly 2.2 metres.
• If your vehicle exceeds the car park height restriction you will need to seek an alternative car parking as all Q1 Resort & Spa’s car parking areas are underground.
• For infants, a cot can be provided on request for A$10 per infant, per night, subject to availability.
• Please note that housekeeping is not included in your stay.
• A complimentary Wi-Fi code will be provided on check-in.
