Puri Wulandari A Boutique Resort & Spa is located amid the lush green rice terraces of Ubud, Bali’s spiritual haven. While enjoying a secluded location, the resort is just a brief drive from many of Ubud’s popular sights, including the Ubud Art Market and the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, plus the town centre’s many cafes and restaurants. The resort is located approximately a 90-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Compulsory Christmas Dinner: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of IDR1650000 per adult (7+) and IDR850000 per child (2–6) applies for the compulsory Christmas Gala dinner. It includes a six-course set menu dinner with live music.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR1850000 per adult (7+) and IDR950000 per child (2–6) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. It includes a BBQ dinner with a live Balinese dance performance.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• The hotel charges a room safety deposit at a surcharge of IDR500,000 per room, per night.
• Daily breakfast is served a la carte at Legong Terrace Restaurant from 7am to 11am.
• Daily three-course lunch or dinner is served from a set menu at Legong Terrace Restaurant from 12pm to 6pm (lunch) or 6pm to 11pm (dinner).
• Afternoon tea is served daily from 3pm to 5pm and must be pre-booked at least one day in advance.
• Afternoon tea consists of a small selection of cakes or traditional sweets served on a plate.
• Lila Ulangun Spa is open between 9am and 9pm. Complimentary massages require booking at least one day in advance.
• Massages must be taken at the same time.
• Drupadi Two Bedroom and Drupadi Three Bedroom offer two massages per package, meaning not all guests receive a complimentary massage.
• Daily cocktail is available 10am to 8pm at Barong Bar. Non-alcoholic drinks can be substituted for cocktails.
• Floating breakfast will served in-villa from 7am to 10am. Booking is required at least one day in advance.
• Access to cultural activities includes sunset yoga, Balinese dance and canang sari making.
• Daily shuttle service to Ubud centre runs three times daily at scheduled times.
• Guided rice paddy hike can be redeemed any day at 7am. Pre-booking is required at least one day in advance. It is suitable for beginners.
• Balinese cooking class is per resort schedule, occurring three times per week.

One-Way or Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Transfer (as per package purchased), basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• Transfers in select packages for Srikandi One-Bedroom Pool Villa can accommodate three guests.
• Transfers in select packages for Drupadi Two-Bedroom Pool Villa can accommodate six guests.
