Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Studio Spa Rooms & One-Bedroom Penthouse Apartments – Packages are valid for two people.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two people and one infant. Additional guests are not permitted.
Two-Bedroom Penthouse Apartments – Packages are valid for four people.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is five people.
Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged four years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$85 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.
Baby Policy: One baby (aged three years and under) may stay for a surcharge of A$10 per night and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Connecting rooms are not available.
Advertised room types are located all over the resort and the decor/view may differ based on location. However, images shown can be considered as typical.
Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
Food & Drink Credit: Credit cannot be used for themed/special resort events. Only for use of services offered in the resort’s restaurants and bar facilities. Cannot be used for the purchase of any retail products offered in resort’s retail and spa outlets, nor any products or services offered by third-party operators operating on the premises of the resort. The non-utilised credit balance will be considered void at the time of checkout and is non-refundable nor transferable.
Spa Vouchers: To be used for services at Vie Spa only. One voucher per treatment/service session (valid only on treatments of 60 minutes or longer). Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with food and drink credit or on any retail purchases of spa products in the spa outlet. The unused voucher value will be considered void at the time of checkout and is non-refundable nor transferable.
