Pullman Maldives Maamutaa is located on Maamutaa Island, part of the stunning Gaafu Alifu Atoll. The resort is located approximately a 55-minute flight and 15-minute speedboat from Malé International Airport (MLE). A complimentary flight takes you to Kooddoo Airport (GKK). From here, a 15-minute speedboat trip brings you directly to the resort.

Update 21 May 2025 11.26am AEST: Phat Chameleon Restaurant is closed only on Fridays. Underwater champagne and sunset cruise or sunset fishing need to be booked upon arrival. Flight details are required 14 days in advance. The earliest domestic flights depart Malé for the resort at 7.30am. The latest domestic flights depart for Malé at 7:45pm.

Beach Villa and Ocean Villa Combo & Beach Pool Villa and Ocean Pool Villa Combo Packages: To choose how many nights you wish to stay in each villa, make a note in Special Requests at the time of booking. Guests who do not make this note will be contacted by the resort after booking to make their choice.

Green Tax: Please note a US$12 green tax per person, per night applies, payable directly to the hotel.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Included unlimited free-flow drinks includes cocktails, liquours and spirits, mocktails, soft drinks, tea, coffee and wines.
• All packages include complimentary snorkelling equipment, a daily scuba diving lesson, kids club access, resort classes, activities, and one free tank dive when you book four dives.
• All 10+ night packages receive US$200 credit for The Pullman Spa per package and US$50 excursion credit per guest.
• Menu restrictions apply for both dining and drinks. Extra charges apply for speciality items.
• Daily use of non-motorised water sports is for 60 minutes per day only and is subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Phat Cameleon opens for dinner 6.30pm–10pm, but is closed on Fridays.
• Mélange opens daily, with breakfast 7am–10.30am, lunch 12.30pm–2.30pm and dinner 6.30pm–10pm.
• Souq Oven opens daily, with lunch 12.30pm–3pm and dinner 6.30pm–10pm.
• The minibar is refilled once daily on request, additional refills are chargeable.
• Guests must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Pullman Maldives Maamutaa abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them.
• Laundry service is not included in the All-Inclusive package. US$20 laundry credit is included for stays of 7+ nights.
• Only one extra child is permitted per room.
• Choice of one sunset cruise or one sunset fishing excursion per guest, per package (select packages only) should be booked upon arrival to the resort.
• The underwater champagne and canapes Aqua Villa experience (select packages only) is redeemable for two hours, this is not an overnight experience. Advance bookings are required upon arrival to the resort with the in villa dining team.
• The included spa and excursion credits (select packages) must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Bookings are required for spa, activities and excursions and some experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Non-motorised water sports include stand-up paddleboards and kayaks only.
• Roundtrip domestic flight and speedboat transfers to and from Malé:
  • Arrival: The earliest domestic flights depart Malé for the resort at 7:30am.
  • Departure: The latest domestic flights depart for Malé at 7:45pm.
  • The resort is located approximately a 55-minute flight and 15-minute speedboat from Malé International Airport (MLE).
  • A complimentary flight takes you to Kooddoo Airport (GKK) (and back on departure).
  • From here, a 15-minute speedboat trip brings you directly to the resort (and back on departure).
  • Please provide international flight details to the resort at least 14 days before arrival to ensure that transfers can be arranged.
  • Domestic transfers are arranged to meet international flight arrivals, but occasionally a small wait in the arrivals lounge may be required.
