  • Daily a la carte lunch is served at Corallo Restaurant and theMARKET from 11am to 6pm.
  • Nightly dinner is served daily at Corallo Restaurant (except Saturdays) and theMARKET from 6pm to 10pm.
  • Corallo Restaurant hosts a BBQ themed dinner night every Saturday which will incur an additional charge of VND1,000,000 per adult and VND500,000 per child (6–11).
  • Free-flow drinks are available at Corallo Restaurant from 11am to 10pm, theMARKET from 5.30pm to 10pm and Swing Bar from 11am to 8pm. Included drinks are water (still, sparkling), soft drinks, juices, mocktails, smoothies, local beers, house wine (sparkling/red/rose/white), spirits (gin, rum, whisky, vodka), cocktails, tea and coffee.
  • Last orders for all-inclusive packages are taken at 9.30pm.
  • Return airport transfers include a shared shuttle bus. Guests must book the shuttle and provide number of guests with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Any changes made to shuttle bus booking requires at least four hours’ notice, and is subject to availability.
  • Kiss of the Sea experience operates daily, except Tuesday, from 9pm to 9.30pm. The show is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
  • Singing bowl wellness treatment is available on Tuesday and Thursday. The treatment is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
  • Daily water shuttle bus to Sunset Town must be booked at least six hours in advance and is subject to availability. The shuttle is subject to change depending on weather conditions. Guests can check schedule at the front desk for exact departure times.
  • 20% dining discount applies to food and drink at any onsite venue outside of all-inclusive package.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the villas. A cleaning charge of VND3,000,000 will be applied to the room bill for guests who smoke inside the villa.
  • Packages include one bedroom for two guests, with two bedrooms closed off. Additional bedrooms may be opened to accommodate up to seven guests; extra guest surcharges apply. Standard bed for one bedroom packages is a king bed, however, guests can request twin single beds.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account.
