Can I change my check in date post purchase?: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

Buy Now Book Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now & Book Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates – within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Booking Guarantee: Where you choose to ‘Buy Now and Book Later’ you are entitled to our Booking Guarantee. If you make a booking within 14 days of purchase and don’t secure your preferred dates (with the exception of Blackout Periods) we will give you a full refund. Note: You are required to provide evidence in the form of a ‘rejected request’ email from our hotel partner. At this point, we will escalate to the hotel and aim to secure your preferred date. If it is still unavailable we will promptly provide a full refund.

Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity for a One-Bedroom Spa Suites is any combination of three people (must include at least one guest aged 18 or older). The maximum room capacity for Two-Bedroom Spa Suites is any combination of five people (must include at least one guest aged 18 or older). Please refer to the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below for surcharges.

Extra Guest Policy: In addition to two people in a One-Bedroom Spa Suite, or in addition to four people in a Two-Bedroom Spa Suite, one extra guest (child or adult) may stay for a surcharge of $65 per person, per night, sleeping on a single rollaway bed with breakfast and bike hire included only, payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: Children aged two years or younger will count towards room capacity, one cot per room can be provided for a surcharge of $10 per night (subject to availability), payable direct to the resort.

All surcharges are payable directly to the resort.

Please note that rooms are unserviced for the duration of your stay.

Please note a maximum of one single rollaway bed may be added per room.

Please note that connecting rooms are not available, however the Two-Bedroom Spa Suite is made up of inter-connecting rooms (a Resort Room and One-Bedroom Spa Suite that share a common foyer entrance).

The value and comparative savings have been determined based on the resort’s published rack rates and the value of inclusions. Please be advised that rack rates may not be reflective of actual rates being charged, dependent on the timing and manner of your booking and therefore are only indicative of the level of saving.
