7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

• Please note, Tokar Estate is a 45-minute drive from the property, please plan accordingly.
• Spa Credit (select packages): The included spa credit must be used during your stay at the Wellness Spa. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No minimum spend applies. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and late cancellations or no-shows incur fees. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• For the three-course meal at Andiamo Restaurant & Bar, bookings are recommended.
• Opening hours are Mon-Sat 5.30pm – 9.30pm (kitchen closes at 8.45pm), closed on Sundays.

• Includes: Premium wine tasting for two which includes single vineyard wines and museum releases. Sample five wines in a 30-minute duration. Mixed Antipasto Board to share: A selection of premium cheese and cured meats, zucchini pickle, fig paste, wafer crackers, Tokar Estate sourdough bread, hummus to share, Tokar Estate Olives to share. One glass of premium wine each.
• Valid for two adults (18+).
• Available for bookings: Monday to Friday 10.30am–3.30pm (last booking) and Saturday and Sunday 10am–4pm (last booking).
• Venue: Tokar Estate, 6 Maddens Lane, Coldstream, Victoria.
• Bookings valid to January 13, 2026
• Additional drinks and food, transfers to and from the venue, and optional gratuities are not included.
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Tokar Estate.
