7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Pacifica from 6.30am–10.30am.
• Daily lunch or dinner is available at Pacifica from 12pm–11pm.
• One hour of daily free-flow drinks is available at Kinnare Bar from 12pm–11pm and includes classic cocktails, mocktails, beer, house wine, select basic spirits, soft drink, juice, coffee and tea.
• Included massages are available at The Spa. Advance booking recommended, subject to availability. Non-transferable, no cash value.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Sunset Charter Cruise Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: Private Phuket sunset charter cruise, Thai buffet dinner, shared hotel transfers, English-speaking guide, water and soft drinks, fruit.
• Chalong Pier fees, life jackets and insurance are included.
• Guests can opt to upgrade their experience to include two hours of free-flow beer and wine (18+ only). Additional fees apply.
• Available: Tuesday & Saturday, 2pm – 7pm
• Departure Point: Chalong Pier, Phuket
• Sample Itinerary:
  • 2pm – 2.30pm: Pick-up from your hotel
  • 3pm: Meet your guide at Chalong Pier
  • 3.30pm – 7pm: Cruise Phuket’s southern islands, including Coral and Bon, before a buffet dinner
  • 7pm: Arrive at the pier and be transferred back to your hotel
• Booking requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available.
• Please note: ICS Thailand will be in contact closer to the service date to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly.
• A minimum of 17 guests is required for the charter to operate. If the minimum is not met, your booking may be rescheduled to the next available departure date.
• Please allow up to five hours for this experience, including travel time.
• The tour is not recommended to guests with disabilities.
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of ICS Thailand for passenger and crew safety.
