Compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 and 25 December, an additional surcharge of US$40 per adult (12+) and US$20 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory Christmas Eve Gala dinner and Christmas Day Brunch. Payable directly to the hotel.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$110 per adult (12+) and US$55 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Guests enjoy unlimited dining across all onsite venues (except Sante Restaurant) during operational hours. Specialty dining experiences and private dining are not included.
• Sante Restaurant is available for guests staying in The Reserve wing only.
• Family Concierge rooms (select packages only) will receive Family Concierge benefits, including an exclusive family dedicated beach area, family oriented restaurant for breakfast, and full access to all the daily activities at the resort.
• Reserve Rooms (select packages only) are restricted to guests aged 16+. Guests staying in Reserve Rooms will receive The Reserve benefits including dedicated adults only wing, exclusive concierge services, private Reserve only areas, access to Reserve only private pool and full access to Sante Restaurant.
• The additional 20% discount on premium alcoholic drinks and spa treatments cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• Daily unlimited free-flow drinks are available at all bars and restaurants (excluding Sante restaurant, which is available to Reserve packages only) during opening hours. Includes soft drinks, mineral water, juices, local beer, house wines and local spirits. Premium brands and specialty beverages are not included.
• In-room minibar includes a selection of soft drinks, mineral water, juices and snacks, replenished once per day.
• Daily 60-minute use of sports courts includes tennis, futsal, basketball and other available sports. Advance reservation is required.
• Guests wishing to order a takeaway picnic box must reserve this 24 hours in advance. It will include a selection of sandwiches, fruit, snacks and bottled water. Items may vary based on availability.
• Kidsdom kids’ club is open daily from 9am to 9pm for children aged 4 to 12.
• Evening entertainment, live music and yoga classes are available as per resort’s schedule.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: One-day entry to CANNA Bali beach club in Nusa Dua per person, return transfers from your Nusa Dua hotel to the beach club, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge located within CANNA Bali with bag storage, showers and more.
• This experience does not need to be used on final day of travel. Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The reservations team will confirm your time, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. Strictly no walk-ins, reservations only.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted. No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pre-Departure Lounge at CANNA Bali: For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure – if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your CANNA Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts, please contact CANNA Bali to arrange. On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pick-up time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information.
• If you do not have included airport transfers, transfers between CANNA Bali and the airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• Luxury airport transfer will be in a Toyota Alphard or similar.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Standard transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• Luxury transfers can accommodate up to two large and three small suitcases OR four medium suitcases.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
