Paradise Resort Gold Coast is nestled between the Gold Coast’s iconic beachfront, Surfers Paradise, and the more relaxing Main Beach. The hotel is perfectly placed for discovering a string of buzzing waterside restaurants and bars, and attractions such as the theme parks, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and surf beaches. The resort is located approximately a 45-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your stay, please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Important:

• Construction is set to start in the adult pool area and refurbishments of 48 rooms early February 2024 with completion set for mid-late 2024. Please note there may be some construction noise around the resort over this period. Please keep this in mind when booking.

• All package inclusions must be used during your stay. Any unused inclusions will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• This is a 100% smoke-free resort. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the rooms and grounds of the resort.
• Resort credit available for redemption in any of our food and beverage outlets. Any unused portion of the resort credit will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Welcome drink of beer, wine, sparkling wine or soft drink can be redeemed via a drink token that will be presented upon check in for the Poolside bar.
• Kids’ Play Free: Package includes one fully supervised session per child (0–12 years), per package, in the Zone 4 Kids Club valued at up to A$40 per child, as well as unlimited use of the water park and a range of daily activities and entertainment. Travelshoot Professional Photoshoot Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Session time and the album of edited professional photos post the photoshoot. Access to a client gallery – a private online gallery to view, share and download images. Online access to meet and communicate with your photographer before the shoot. All photos are provided in high-resolution format. The one-hour experience includes one location and 20 edited images provided within 7 days. Members will receive a bonus additional 10 edited photos for their Travelshoot album
• Travelshoot will email you within 1–2 business days to book in your desired date.
• Rates are for up to six people (or eight for selected packages)
• Infants of all ages may attend and are included in group numbers.
• This experience does not include: any physical photo product (images are provided online to download).
• A car or other transportation is not included.
