The resort is located only a 15-minute drive and a 50-minute speed boat transfer from Phuket Airport.
Return airport transfers are included in your package. Paradise Koh Yao can pick you up straight from the airport or any hotel in Phuket or Krabi and transport you directly to the resort. The trip begins with an air-conditioned limousine or minibus (dependent on the number of confirmed passengers) that will drive you either to Yacht Haven Marina in Phuket or Thalen Pier in Krabi. From there, a speedboat will transfer you directly to Paradise Koh Yao’s pier.

9:30am: Paradise Koh Yao Marina to Yacht Haven Marina
11am: Yacht Haven Marina to Paradise Koh Yao Marina (Phuket)
1pm: Paradise Koh Yao to Yacht Haven Marina
1:30pm: Paradise Koh Yao Marina to Thalen Pier (Krabi)
2pm: Thalen Pier to Paradise Koh Yao Marina
2pm: Yacht Haven Marina to Paradise Koh Yao Marina
3pm: Paradise Koh Yao to Yacht Haven Marina
4:30pm: Yacht Haven Marina to Paradise Koh Yao Marina

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries…
You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
All Room Types – Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children OR three adults and one infant.
Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB2,000 per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with all inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a sofa bed or existing bedding with daily breakfast, return transfers and accommodation only. Payable directly to the resort.
Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge.
Half-day tour does not include THB300 National Park entry fee. This will be at the guests’ expense.
Yoga runs twice per day at 7:30am to 9am and 4:30pm to 6pm.
Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
