Getting to Kuala Lumpur is easy. Regular flights are available with Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, and Singapore Airlines, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of 8 hours.
Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 1 hour), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 4 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 7 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 2 hours).
Though the Garden Villa 5 night package does not include transfers, the hotel can be contacted directly to arrange additional transfers (additional costs apply). All other packages include private return transfers from KUL and return island speedboat transfers. The transfer from KUL is 3 hours and 15 minutes, followed by a short, 15-minute speedboat transfer.

‘7-Day change of mind guarantee’ - Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Garden Villa - Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests (aged 12 and over) can be accommodated.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 and under) may stay for a surcharge of AU$50 per child, per night, sleeping on a day bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.
Baby Policy: One infant (aged one and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Connecting rooms are available for Garden Villas only, subject to availability.
