7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Pacifica Restaurant from 6am–10am on Monday to Friday, or 6am –10:30am on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Alternatively, guests can enjoy breakfast at Pacific Club Lounge from 6:30am to 10:30am.
- The one-time dinner is served at Pacifica Restaurant from 6pm–10pm and is a la carte or set menu, subject to availability. Guests must book at least three days in advance.
- The nightly cocktail hours are from 5.30pm to 7.30pm in the Pacific Club Lounge.
- The welcome drink on arrival includes one beer, wine, juice, coffee or tea per person, subject to availability.
Ha Long Bay Cruise (select packages only):
- Includes: Full-day premium Ha Long Bay cruise tour from Hanoi with buffet lunch. Stops at Luon Cave, Surprising Cave and Titop Island.
- Exclusions: Additional food and drinks not listed in inclusions and optional gratuities
- Please note: ICS Travel Group will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
- Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return transfers from the hotel are available

- Travel from Hanoi Old Quarter to Ha Long Harbour is approximately four hours each way. Shuttle bus will stop for a short break (20–30 minutes) each way
- Please allow up to 13 hours for this experience, including travel time

Pacific Club Lounge:
- Pacific Club Lounge is located on Level 17 and is open from 6:30am to 10pm
- Daily Pacific Club access includes welcome drink, all-day free-flow non-alcoholic drinks, breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails with canapés
- Daily afternoon tea is served from 3.30pm to 5pm including light snacks and refreshments
- Smart casual attire and covered shoes are required during cocktail hours. Shorts, sportswear, flip flops, slippers and sandals are not allowed. Sling-back shoes for ladies are acceptable
- Children aged 12 years and under are welcome and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times, especially during evening cocktail hours
