UPDATE 10:23am EST 27.07.2020: Please note, due to current restrictions, the seafood buffet will be replaced with a three-course dining experience featuring a seafood platter main course and the buffet breakfast will be replaced with an à la carte breakfast experience at Il Barocco.

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

**Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…**You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Important: Max. two (2) consecutive bookings can be placed back to back. Palazzo Versace will not accept more than 2 bookings placed consecutively, however customers are free to purchase as many packages as they’d like.

Cancellations and changes are not permitted within 45 days prior to arrival.

Bedding configuration must be selected at time of booking

Packages are valid for two adults, plus two children aged 11 years and under stay free (accommodation only)

Superior King Room and Lagoon King Room bedding configuration: one king bed and one double sofa bed.

Superior Twin Room and Lagoon Twin Room bedding configuration: two double beds.

Superior Suite bedding configuration: one king bed and one double sofa bed.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults OR two adults and two children.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$100 per night, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the hotel. If a rollaway is required, additional charges are applicable.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation only. Breakfast is available at a discounted rate of A$20 per child, per day, payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One infant aged two years and under may stay free of charge but will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel for a surcharge of A$45 per cot, per seven days.

Connecting Superior Rooms and Lagoon Rooms are available on request (subject to availability at time of check-in).

Please note, Superior Rooms and Superior Suites offer external views over SeaWorld Drive and the Marina Mirage Shopping Centre and do not have lagoon pool views.

Inclusions and special offers are only applicable for guests to use during their Luxury Escapes stay.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
