7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Daily breakfast is served at The Puhu Restaurant from 6.30am–10.30am.
• For Premier Club Room packages, the daily a la carte breakfast can be enjoyed in the Club Lounge from 6.30am–10.30am.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner is available at The Puhu Restaurant or The Pool Cafe & Bar.
• Lunch is available from 12.30pm–2.30pm. Dinner is available from 6.30pm–9.30pm.
• The Club Lounge is open daily from 6.30am–9pm. Club Lounge benefits include:

  • In-room welcome flowers and fruit on arrival
  • One-time complimentary laundry bag wash

• Daily yoga classes are available for all levels and abilities, including a beginner level yoga classt a 6.30am and an all-level yoga class at 8am at The Bamboo Nest, plus an intermediate level aerial yoga session at 7.30am at Serenity Ground (meeting point at the Fitness Centre). Reservations required.
• Daily village bike tours are at 9am and 3pm (depending on ability level). Mountain bikes, mineral water and towels are provided. Advance booking required.
• Daily archery is avalible for one hour per day between 10am–1pm and 4pm–6pm.
• The Agroforestry Garden is open daily from 9am–5pm. Guided tours take place at 10am on Mondays and Thursdays.
• One-time cocktail per adult will be available at The Pool Cafe & Bar.
• 60-minute massages are available at The Spa during opening hours, from 9am–9pm. Massages must be booked in advance.

One-Way Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
