7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fees, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a credit up to 21 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Return Private Transfer Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Return private airport transfers between Daniel K. Inouye Honolulu International Airport (HNL) and Waikiki in a five-passenger vehicle. Enjoy a fresh flower lei greeting on arrival, meet-and-greet service by your chauffeur and luggage assistance. Please note: child and infant car seats must be reserved in advance and incur a fee of USD$10 per seat each way, payable directly to the driver.
• Please complete your airport transfer information via your account, inclusive of flight details.
• Aloha VIP will confirm your booking within three business days once you have finalised your transfer details.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your experience date are fully refundable. You may also cancel within seven days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is at least two days before your selected date. From two days before your experience onwards, bookings are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the experience date, as well as late arrivals or no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Any changes to your booking require at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Greeters will meet all members at their designated baggage claim (Arrivals) or at the hotel’s bus loading area (Departures) upon arrival.
• Please be on the lookout for an Aloha VIP Tours representative in red and white aloha attire holding a sign with their name on it.
• Greeters will then assist you to your vehicle.
• There is a limit of two standard-size suitcases allowed per person.

Return Shared Transfer Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Shared return shuttle transfer for four people between Honolulu International Airport (HNL) and Waikiki accommodation, with transport by air-conditioned vehicle featuring comfortable leather seating.
• Available daily on request from 5am to 10pm, with departures approximately every 60 minutes.
• Bookings are essential at least 24 hours prior to flight departure.
• To complete booking, you must provide info@flyshuttletours.com with the information below:
  • Full name of lead traveller
  • Flight number
  • Airline
  • Arrival time
  • Arrival date
  • Hotel staying at/address
  • Please send your Luxury Escapes voucher with your booking code for redemption
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided this information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight departure
• A child or booster seat can be requested at time of booking for a surcharge from US$25 per seat, payable directly to Fly Shuttle & Tours
• After you book your transportation, you will be sent your pick-up location information.
