Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.

• Please note that the resort is undertaking infrastructure upgrades from 1 June 2024 to 20 July 2024. During this time, parts of the property – including the Surin Studio Balcony, Plunge Pool Suite, Grand Surin Suite and main swimming pools – will be unavailable.
