7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• The resort fee, valued at US$59 per night, includes: Two reusable water bottles, Wi-Fi for up to four devices per room, 60 minutes of local and international phone calls, free breakfast for children (5 and under) with purchase of an adult meal from Monkeypod Kitchen, in-room coffee and tea kit replenished daily, access to the fitness centre, pool and hot tub, beach towel use and All Good reef-friendly sunscreen available at the pool. Guests also receive one free Waikiki Aquarium junior admission (ages 4 to 12) per paying adult or US$1 off regular adult admission for OUTRIGGER guests without children, and complimentary general admission to the Bishop Museum for one family of two adults and two children (4–17) (guest keycard must be shown).
• Daily a la carte breakfast (select packages) is served at Monkeypod Kitchen from 7am to 11am.
• 15% OUTRIGGER dining discount applies to Kani Ka Pila Grille (up to four guests), Hula Grill at OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort, and Hawaiian Aroma Caffe.
• Cirque du Soleil Auana discount can be unlocked using the promo code OHGUEST.
• Valet parking is available from US$60 per night.
• Daily cocktails for two (select packages) are served at Kani Ka Pila Grille, valid for an OUTRIGGER Signature cocktail, draft beer, house wine or non-alcoholic special, per person, per day of your stay.
• Daily US$50 resort credit (select packages): The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The credit is non-cumulative and cannot be combined. Credit can be used at Kani Ka Pila Grille or for valet parking. No minimum spend applies.
• Overlooking beautiful Waikiki Beach, the Voyager 47 Club Lounge offers spectacular views and serious perks. Start your morning with a Hawaiian-style breakfast and premium Kona coffee at daybreak and kick off your evening with premium beverages and pupu (appetisers) to sample island flavors. End your days toasting the sunset with chilled nightly cocktails and a local twist on hors d’oeuvres. Voyager 47 Club Lounge is open from 6.30am to 9.30am and 4.30pm to 6.30pm.

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return shared or private (depending on package booked) airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
