Update 30 December 2024, 3.16pm AEDT: For stays on or after 1 January 2025, the Green Tax will increase to US$12 per person, per night. While the original Green Tax is included in your package, guests will be required to pay the additional US$6 per person, per night directly to the hotel. Please note that for additional guests the full Green Tax of US$12 per person, per night applies.

Compulsory Christmas and New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of US$225 per adult (12+) and US$113 per child (2-11) applies for the compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner. For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$325 per adult (12+) and US$163 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-Day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable. Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Please Note:
- Children (under 12) stay free on existing bedding only and eat free (from the children’s menu) when dining with a paying adult.
- Children will not recieve transfers, the sunset cruise and will be required to pay the Green tax upon arrival.
- To redeem the spa discounts prior reservations are required.
- Daily breakfast is served at Cuisine Gallery.
- Daily lunch is served at Edgewater from 12.30pm–3pm.
- Nightly dinner is served at Cuisine Gallery between 7pm and 9.30pm.
- Select wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks at meal times is limited to two hours per meal.
- All bottled wines, sparkling wine, spirits and champagne will be charged based on consumption and are not included in your package.
- Reservations are required for speciality restaurants.
All-Inclusive Upgrade
Please note the following only applies to the All-Inclusive Upgrade:
- Dinner is served at all six onsite restaurants. Reservations are required for speciality restaurants (Koto, Art-I-San & Moodhu Grill).
- Daily complimentary ice-cream is available between 3pm–6pm and is limited to one scoop of the flavour of the day.
- Selected alcoholic free-flow drinks are available from 12pm daily.
- Guests can choose from a selection of beers, wines, liquors and cocktails.
- Non-alcoholic drinks include soft drinks, canned juices, water, coffee and tea.
- In the event one of these venues is closed, guests can choose from the alternative options.
- Select menu items, denoted by a star on the menu, are subject to a surcharge.
- The in-room mini-bar excludes the in-room wine cellar.
- The resort reserves the right to refuse service on responsible service of alcohol grounds.
- All bottled wines, sparkling wine, spirits and champagne will be charged based on consumption and are not included in your package.
Seaplane Transfers
- Seaplane transfers are operated by Trans-Maldivian Airways International (TMA) and are available only during daylight hours.
- To arrange the transfer, your international flight must arrive between 6am and 3.30pm and depart between 9.15am and 11pm.
- Luxury Escapes recommends that guests arriving outside seaplane hours book one night of pre-accommodation in Malé.
- Bookings are subject to tides, weather conditions and schedules are at the discretion of management.
- Guest’s travel details should be provided at least seven days in advance to secure a booking.
- The seaplane transfer will be shared with other passengers and a short waiting time may be required if other passengers are expected.
- Every effort will be made to arrange your resort transfer within two to three hours of arriving at the lounge.
- Seaplane baggage allowance is one piece of 20kg luggage and one 5kg piece of hand luggage per passenger.
- Excess baggage is subject to availability and surcharges will apply.
- Extra guests must pay for their roundtrip seaplane transfer directly with the hotel; an additional US$340 per child (2—11), US$510 per adult (12+) and infants are free of charge when sitting on their parents’ lap.
