Complete with an eatery serving delicious dishes crafted using produce created onsite and a collection of luxe, safari-style bungalows, this is not only a sought-after destination for fine local produce but for gourmet wellness retreats too.
The Room – Lakeview or lakefront, safari-style glamping
Experience safari-style glamping and connect with nature in a luxe 60sqm open-plan bungalow nestled by the lake, complete with front and rear decks to showcase the beautiful surrounding landscape of Italian stone pines and distant olive groves and orchard. Each bungalow is individually named after an olive grove or unique aspect of the oils produced on site. These environmentally friendly bungalows offer comforts you’d expect from a hotel room with a king-sized bed, private ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, dining area and plush Italian-style sofa and air conditioning. An additional sofa bed is also available for a surcharge.
Lakefront Upgrade: Wake up to glistening water views by upgrading to a Lakefront bungalow on the lake’s edge. With all the comforts listed above, this waterside location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the natural surroundings, making for an unforgettable experience.
The Food – Fresh farm produce and exquisite olive oils
A breakfast basket will be delivered to your safari-style bungalow each afternoon for you to enjoy the following morning, packed with goodies such as savoury and sweet muffins, chia pudding or quinoa porridge, homemade granola, berry compôte, Greek yoghurt, fresh juices and a seasonal fruit salad.
Use your included A$70 credit to sample the delicious dishes of the Olio Bello Café – whose menu is inspired by fresh-farm produce and the oils produced onsite including dishes such as hand-rolled lime pasta made with Shark Bay crab and lime oil – or the tasting room, an Aladdin’s cave of organic, estate-pressed extra virgin olive oils flavoured with citrus oils, roasted garlic, chilli or parmesan.

Lakeview Bungalow / Lakefront Bungalow – Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four people.
Extra Guest Policy: Up to two additional guests (aged 13 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$60 per person, per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the estate.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 12 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of A$40 per child, per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the estate.
Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. Please note a cot cannot be provided by the estate.
Connecting rooms are not available.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Must be used during stay. Glampers’ Discount does not apply.
