The Room – Lakeside, safari-style glamping
Experience safari-style glamping and connect with nature in a luxe open-plan bungalow nestled by the lake, complete with front and rear decks to showcase the beautiful surrounding landscape of Italian stone pines and distant olive groves and orchard. Each bungalow is individually named after an olive grove or unique aspect of the oils produced on site. These environmentally-friendly bungalows offer comforts you’d expect from a hotel room with a private en suite bathroom, kitchenette, dining area and plush Italian-style sofa and air conditioning.
The Food – Fresh farm produce and exquisite olive oils
A breakfast basket will be delivered to your safari-style bungalow each afternoon for you to enjoy the following morning, packed with goodies such as date and walnut loaf, chocolate and banana quinoa porridge, homemade granola, berry compote, Greek yoghurt, fresh juices and seasonal fruit salad. Use your included AU$65 credit to sample the delicious dishes of the Olio Bello Café – whose menu is inspired by fresh farm produce and the oils produced on site including dishes such as hand-rolled lime pasta made with Shark Bay crab and lime oil – or the tasting room, an Aladdin’s cave of organic, estate-pressed extra virgin olive oils flavoured with citrus oils, roasted garlic, chilli or parmesan.
