Can I change my check-in date post-purchase: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.
Packages are valid for two adults.
Bedding configuration is one king-sized bed or twin single beds plus one sofa bed for a surcharge.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: Up to two additional guests (aged 12 and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$50 per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the estate.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 and under) may stay for a surcharge of AU$30 per child, per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the estate.
Baby Policy: One baby aged one year and under may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. Please note a cot cannot be provided by the estate.
Connecting rooms are not available.
AU$65 credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Must be used during stay. Glampers’ Discount does not apply.
