7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Daily breakfast (select packages only) is served at Shore Hotel from 7am to 10.30am, and comes with a choice of juice or instant coffee. It is a plated American-style breakfast, with two eggs, choice of sausage or bacon and a side of toast. Shore Hotel is located a two-minute walk from the property. Not availble for in-room dining.
- Daily drink is a glass of house beer or red or white wine served at Shoreside Restaurant from 11am to 9pm. The venue is located at Shore Hotel, a two-minute walk from the property.
- Daily destination fee includes Wi-Fi, in-room Nespresso coffee machine, daily bike rental, beach towels, gym passes and a welcome amenity for kids.
- Valet parking is availble for US$62.54 per vehicle, per night.
Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: Return private airport transfer to/from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
- Available every day on request: 6am–7pm.

- How to Redeem:
- Guests must provide the following information at time of booking:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Lead passenger name
- Contact mobile number and email address
- Number of passengers travelling
- Number of infants travelling and age (if applicable)

- Guests travelling with children under 8 must provide their own child restraint/safety seat. Children under 8 (including infants) cannot ride on the lap of another passenger and must have their own assigned seat.
- Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival.
- Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible.
- Luggage restrictions:
- Luggage capacity for up to three people transfer: Three (3) pieces of luggage, maximum 23kg per bag
- Luggage capacity for up to five people transfer: Five (5) pieces of luggage, maximum 23kg per bag
- Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
- Karmel Shuttle Service is aware of all flight delays; however, if your flight number changes for any reason, please call Karmel Shuttle Service directly on 1-714-670-3480 to provide the new flight number and arrival time.
- If you are delayed in baggage claim for any reason, contact Karmel Shuttle Service immediately as they will only wait 2.5 hours after the arrival of your flight, at which time your transfers are forfeited unless you have contacted Karmel to inform them of your delay.
