Can I change my check-in date post-purchase?: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

Important: Please allow for travelling time from Australia. International flights are not included in your package and must be purchased separately. It is your responsibility to make your own travel arrangements and ensure that you arrive in New Delhi on your chosen tour start date.

Instant Booking: To secure your dates at purchase, click ‘Instant Booking’ and select your preferred package. Once your preferred package is selected you’ll click through to ‘Choose Your Dates of Travel’ and will be able to enter in your preferred tour commencement date.

**Private Transportation: **Please note, a private car (Toyota Innova SUV or similar) with a chauffeur will be at your disposal from day three of the tour until the penultimate day of the tour. Private return airport transfers are included in your package at no additional cost.

**Tour Guides: **Please note, tour guide services are not provided. All sightseeing fees and tour guide services are at your own expenses.

**Maximum Room Capacity: **The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children eight years and under, or two adults and one child 11 years and under.

Extra Guest Policy: No extra guests can be accommodated.

Child Policy: Two children (eight years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on one rollaway bed with accommodation and 50% off meals. One child (11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and 50% off meals.

Infant Policy: One infant (aged six years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a cot provided by the hotel with all meals included, and will count towards room occupancy.

Please note, connecting rooms are not available.

Tipping and gratuities are not included in the package and are at your own discretion (as a guide, approx. US$5-10 per person, per day is the industry standard).

The Taj Mahal in Agra is closed for visitors every Friday.

Travellers are advised to check with their local health professional at least 45 days prior to departure, as some vaccinations require 30 days or more to be effective. Proof of vaccination is not usually required unless you are coming from an infected area.

In case of any dates declared as Dry Dates by Government of India through its notifications or communications made to the hotels, that particular day would not carry any Liquor service at rooms, restaurants, banquet spaces or any special venue where there is a requirement.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated) and menu options are subject to change.

Alcohol will be served to adults of legal drinking age only. Please note, the legal drinking age can vary between Indian states.

Travel insurance is compulsory. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this package.

Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.

Before making a reservation, please ensure that the name on the reservation is the same as it appears on your passport. An error may result in a name change penalty or boarding being denied by the airline. Luxury Escapes accepts no responsibility for accuracy of name on the travel documents.

Your passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond your intended stay overseas.

A visa may be required to the countries you are visiting and transiting. It is your responsibility to ensure you are holding a current visa.

The value and comparative savings has been determined based on published rack rates and the value of inclusions. Please be advised that rack rates may not be reflective of actual rates being charged, dependent on the timing and manner of your booking and therefore are only indicative of the level of saving.
