Oaks Port Douglas Resort

Oaks Port Douglas Resort is a serene oasis surrounded by lush tropical gardens, a short drive from Four Mile Beach and Macrossan Street. The resort is located approximately 60 minutes by car from Cairns Airport (CNS). Transfers are not included in standard packages; please plan accordingly.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is available at Oak & Vine from 7am to 10am.
• Welcome drink is a choice of house wine (glass), house beer, soft drink or juice and is available from 6pm at The Bar.

Outer Barrier Reef Quicksilver Cruise

Inclusions:

• One 6.5-hour Wavepiercer cruise experience from Port Douglas.
• Morning and afternoon tea on board and a hot tropical buffet lunch.
• Reef presentation by marine biologist and semi-submersible coral viewing tour with commentary.
• Snorkelling equipment (mask, snorkel, lycra suits and fins) and instruction provided.
• Qualified lifeguard supervision, buoyancy vests and flotation noodles.
• Fish feeding (conducted by crew).
• Roundtrip transfers from Oaks Port Douglas Resort.

Fine Print:

• Quicksilver will be in touch within one to two business days to book your desired date.
• Family fare includes a maximum of two adults and two children of the same family. Normal children’s fare applies to additional children.
• Ages three and under may participate in the cruise free of charge and must be booked directly with Quicksilver when dates are confirmed.
• Adult rates apply for ages 15 and above.
• Child rates apply for ages 4–14.

• Cruise is subject to availability. If the cruise is not available, the customer will receive a full refund.

Roundtrip Private Airport Transfers

Inclusions:

• Private transfer on arrival and departure from Oaks Port Douglas Resort to Cairns Airport (CNS).
• Airport meet and greet by either Exemplar’s airport staff or your driver.

Fine Print:

• Exemplar Coaches and Limousines will contact you by email to confirm your booking and departure time.
• Rates are per vehicle, each way, based on the maximum number of occupants (three guests).
• If infant seats are required, this is at no additional cost, but they must be pre-booked.
• Transfers are available from Cairns Airport (CNS) only.
