Please note:
- Please note that Oaks Melbourne on Collins Hotel is now operating under the name Oaks Melbourne on Collins Suites.
- A non-refundable 1.5% service charge applies to all credit card transactions made at the property.
- A valid photo ID and a credit card pre-authorisation of A$1 will be required upon check-in.
- Parking is offsite and a six-minute walk from the hotel, charged at A$39 per night.
- Guests must be 18 years of age and above in order to check-in. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
- Housekeeping: Flexible Rate and Advance Purchase Rate packages include daily housekeeping servicing. Long Stay Rate package includes weekly housekeeping. All other packages do not include housekeeping (departure clean only).
