- Massages: Please ensure you arrive at your scheduled massage 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. Due to high demand, reservations must be made two days in advance. Booking your spa treatment upon your arrival is highly recommended.
- Palace Club Lounge: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Airport transfers must be pre-arranged directly with the hotel. One car can accommodate up to a maximum of four people including luggage. One-way transfers must be organised for either arrival or departure.
