Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2022, a compulsory additional surcharge of US$120 per adult (12+) and US$60 per child (2-11) applies for the New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Kids’ Club is available for children aged 3 to 12 years. The Kids’ Club is open from 9am to 6pm. A babysitting service is available at an additional charge of IDR65,000 per hour, per child. Kids’ Club prices are subject to change.
• Free-flow alcohol is available daily from 3pm to 6pm at the Chess Bar with a special non-premier beverage list.
• Please ensure you arrive at your scheduled massage 10 minutes prior to the appointment.
• Palace Club Lounge is available for guests 12+.
