The resort can be reached by a seaplane transfer, available at an additional cost (payable directly to the resort). Alternatively, the resort can be reached by a five-minute speedboat transfer if guests fly into the domestic Dhaalu Airport (DDD), available at an additional cost (payable directly to the resort). Update: 11th December 2024: As per the amendments to the Tourism Act issued by the Maldivian Government, applicable to all travellers arriving in the Maldives from 1 January 2025, the green tax payable by travellers upon arrival at hotels (including tourist resorts, tourist hotels, hotels, tourist guest houses, tourist vessels) has been increased from USD 6.00 to USD 12.00 per person per day.
Update 6 December 2024, 3.15pm AEDT: Effective 1 January 2025, the Government Green Tax will double from US$6 to US$12 per person, per night.

Compulsory Christmas Eve and New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of US$574 per adult (12+) and US$287 per child (2-11) applies for the compulsory Christmas Eve Gala dinner. For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$957 per adult (12+) and US$478.50 per child (2-11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Transfers:
- The resort is located approximately a 45-minute seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport (MLE).
- Upon arrival, a host will greet you and escort you to the private seaplane lounge.
- All transfers booked by the resort include a maximum baggage allowance of 20kg per passenger. Hand luggage should not exceed 20” x 12” x 7” in size or 5kg in weight.
- Please note that seaplanes only operate during daylight hours. Guests arriving after 3.15pm will be transported to the resort the next day. For such arrivals, it is suggested to book an overnight stay near the airport. International departure flights should be scheduled after 9.15am to guarantee a seamless same-day departure.
- Guests can also take a 25-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport (MLE) to Dhaalu Airport (DDD), followed by a five-minute speedboat transfer to the resort.
