This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

Due to its central location, some traffic noise can be heard from inside the home, however all three bedrooms are at the rear of the house.

There are cameras inside this home however they are not live. This home has an external cctv camera at the rear of the property that faces the car parking space.
Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
