Navutu Stars Resort

The resort is located on Yaqeta Island, part of the dreamy Yasawa Islands. Return ferry transfers from Port Denarau are included in select packages, see Fine Print for more details. If you have not purchased a Return Ferry Transfers Upgrade, there are two alternative options to reach the resort from Nadi International Airport (NAN):

• Yasawa Flyer (double-deck catamaran): Approximately four hours each way. Departs every morning at 8.30am from Denarau Marina in Nadi, arrives at the resort at 12.30pm. Departs daily from Navutu Stars Resort at 1.30pm and arrives at Denarau Marina in Nadi at 5.30pm. Please contact the resort to book this service. Please note, these times are subject to change. • Charter helicopter with Island Hoppers: Approximately 30 minutes from Nadi Airport. Please contact Island Hoppers directly for booking, fares and travel information.

Compulsory Christmas Eve and New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of FJ$225 plus 14% tax per adult applies for the compulsory Christmas Gala dinner – includes a traditional Lovo feast, wine and entertainment. For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of FJ$300 plus 14% tax per adult applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner – includes a six-course dinner, wine, champagne and entertainment. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Guests under 12 are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All dining and drink inclusions are available at Navutu Stars Restaurant.
• Daily breakfast is a continental breakfast and is available from 6am to 10am.
• Daily lunch is a two-course set menu and is available from 12pm to 2pm.
• Daily dinner is a three-course set menu and is available from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
• Included massage is a 60-minute Island Bliss package, which includes your choice of massage, an aloe vera wrap and a head and scalp massage.
• Advance bookings are required for spa treatments.
• Complimentary non-motorised watersports equipment hire includes standup paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling gear. Guests also receive complimentary access to Navutu Stars Resort’s eco-sustainable program, which includes guided island hikes, village and school visits, Fijian plantation and medicine walk, basket weaving and coconut demonstrations.
• Guests will receive a Wi-Fi unit upon check-in, loaded with 5GB of complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Additional Wi-Fi is available for purchase from FJ$5 per GB, payable directly to Navutu Stars Resort.
• Sunset cruise must be booked in advance with the hotel reception.

Return Ferry Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Inclusions: Return ferry transfers from Port Denarau to Navutu Stars Resort for two adults in an air-conditioned catamaran.
• Port Denarau to Navutu Stars Resort: Departs 8.45am, arrives at Navutu Stars Resort at 12.30pm.
• Navutu Stars Resort to Port Denarau: Departs 12.30pm or 1.50pm, arrives at Port Denarau at 5.45pm.
• Please note, there is only one departure to Navutu Stars Resort daily.
• Check-in is recommended 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure times.
• Transfers include a complimentary coach transfer from Nadi Airport to Port Denarau (and from Port Denarau to Nadi Airport on departure).
• All coach transfers must be pre-booked. Please confirm your booking with South Sea Cruises Fiji at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
• If a customer misses their coach connection, getting to/from Port Denarau and the airport is their own responsibility and cost.
• All resort connections are subject to sea and weather conditions, particularly in the interest of passengers and crew safety. If the weather and sea conditions become unfavourable, South Sea Cruises reserves the right to offload customers to another South Sea Cruises vessel for their comfort and safety as opposed to completing the day aboard the scheduled service.
• South Sea Cruises reserves the right to cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and/or vary schedules and services if necessary.
• Applicable customers travelling from Port Denarau will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge for all future sectors booked at check-in. Customers who are only travelling with South Sea Cruises on an inbound sector from their island resort will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge upon boarding the vessel and before they return to Port Denarau. Customers can choose to either pay the fuel surcharge via cash, an international debit card or a credit card, noting that international cards do attract an admin fee of 2.5–3%. The fuel charge is FJD15 per adult (16+) each way.
