Nakelo Treasure Island Resort

Nakelo Treasure Island Resort sits on Eluvuka Island within Fiji’s Mamanuca Island group, just west of Nadi. The resort is located approximately a 25-minute drive and a short speedboat ride from Nadi International Airport (NAN). Frequent flights to Nadi depart from most Australian capital cities. Flights depart regularly from major gateways, including Singapore (approx flight time of 10 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 10 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 24 hours with stops) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 14.5 hours with stops). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a credit up to 21 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at Eluvuka Restaurant and is continental in style, with tea, coffee, cereals, bread, muffins, fruit, etc.
• Daily afternoon tea is served at Eluvuka Restaurant and includes freshly-baked cookies and tea.
• Nightly dinner is served from 7pm to 9pm at Eluvuka Restaurant. It will be either a three-course dinner or buffet style depending on resort schedule.
• If dining with children, please enjoy meal times during the following times:
  • Breakfast 7am – 10am
  • Lunch noon – 2pm
  • Dinner 5.30pm – 6.30pm
• Parents who want their children (11 and under) to dine with them outside of children’s meal times can either purchase a meal plan for the kids or kids can dine off the a la carte menu, which will be charged back to the guest’s room account.
• Little Treasures Kids Club is complimentary for kids between four and 11 years of age.
• Morning kids’ club sessions are from 9.30am – noon, afternoon sessions 2pm – 4pm and evening sessions 6.30pm – 9pm.
• Please note that Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant, bar and reception areas only.
• Bonus resort inclusions: Invitation to the weekly management cocktail evening and nightly entertainment.
• Please note that Lamei Kana is not operational and will be replaced by sunset bures and gourmet barbecue special dining.
