Located on Efate Island in Vanuatu, Nakatumble Luxury Eco Resort is a secluded waterfront retreat just 50 minutes from Port Vila. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All-day breakfast is shared and is in a self-serve fridge, including assorted breads, spreads, cereals, milk, fruit and yogurt, available at any time.
• Self-serve all-day access to tea and a barista coffee machine is available.
• Complimentary daily laundry service includes washing, drying and folding. Laundry will be collected by hostesses during daily suite servicing and returned upon completion.
• Welcome drink includes a cocktail or mocktail (subject to availability) with a soft drink available for children. This is served on arrival.
• One-time lunch is a shared meal style based on the chef’s selection, using organic ingredients from the garden and locally sourced produce. This is available from 11.30am to 2pm. Guests will be asked to indicate their preferred dining time and location.
• One-time dinner is two-course (main and dessert), served in a shared meal style based on the chef’s selection, available from 5.30pm to 8pm. Guests will be asked to indicate their preferred dining time and location. Dining options include the sea view pavilion, pool view dining area, large dining area in the Big House, round table in the Big House or in-room dining.
• Guests will be asked to complete a form, including any dietary requirements and preference for alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks.
• Return private airport transfers are available from Bauerfield International Airport (VLI). Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange transfers, which must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
• For the guided snorkelling and paddleboarding experience (select packages only), please book this with the guests services manager on arrival. The experience lasts approximately two hours, depending on weather and tides.
• Please note that the resort uses WhatsApp as the primary messaging platform for guest services and recommends it as the easiest way to communicate and personalise stays.
