Mulia Villas is located in Nusa Dua’s The Mulia resort complex, just steps from one of the finest beaches on the island, and away from the hustle and bustle. Explore Uluwatu Temple’s resident monkeys, just a 30-minute drive away, or the sophisticated restaurants and beach clubs of nearby Seminyak. The resort is located approximately a 25-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are available for select packages only, please plan accordingly.

Compulsory New Year’s Entertainment: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR2,057,000 per person applies for the compulsory New Year’s Entertainment. This does not include dining, but does include access to the Grand Ballroom and a non-alcoholic drinks package). Payable directly to the resort.

Non-Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner/Christmas Day Lunch/Christmas Day Dinner: For stays on 24 and 25 December, an additional surcharge of IDR715,000 per person applies for the non-compulsory Christmas Eve/Christmas Day/Christmas Dinner at The Café or Table8. A charge of IDR1,249,809 per person applies for Christmas Eve Dinner/Christmas Day Dinner; for extra guests, a charge of IDR1,303,049 per person applies for Christmas Day Lunch. Payable directly to the resort.

Non-Compulsory New Year Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2025, an additional surcharge of IDR2,138,000 net per person applies at The Café or Table8. For extra guests, a charge of IDR2,781,790 per person applies. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. No minimum spend applies. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar, Soleil Sunday Brunch, alcoholic drinks and room service).
• Additional surcharges apply during festive seasons at IDR242,000 per adult from 30 March–1 April 2025, 20 April 2025, 14–17 February 2026, 19–21 March 2026, 5 April 2026. Guests staying on 1 January 2026 are required to pay a surcharge of IDR 275,000 per adult.
• Breakfast will be served a la carte with unlimited items in the Living Room or The Lounge, or buffet at The Cafe, from 7am until 11am.
• Daily lunch is served at Table8 from 12pm to 3pm (last orders at 2.30pm). Nightly dinner is served at The Cafe, Table8 or Edogin from 6pm to 11pm (last orders at 10.30pm).
• Daily two hours of free-flow cocktails and canapes are served at the Living Room or The Lounge from 4pm to 6pm.
• Afternoon tea is served at the Living Room or The Lounge from 4pm to 6pm.
• Mulia Kidz club access is limited to one child per package. Club is open from 9am to 6pm. Children are supervised and receive a welcome ice cream.
• Please note that airport transfers, TT Beach Club & Canna Beach Club inclusions are not provided by Mulia.
• Solo travellers will only receive inclusions for one person.
• Photos are representative of each room type and there is no guarantee that your room view and bed type will be the same as the photo, as it depends on the availability and location upon check-in.
• Please note that the restaurant venue or meal type (buffet or set menu) may be changed or adjusted without any prior notice.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure, if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your Canna Bali pick-up when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp (+62 811 3830 1800) to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
