Mulia Villas is located in Nusa Dua’s The Mulia resort complex, just steps from one of the finest beaches on the island and away from the hustle and bustle. Explore Uluwatu Temple with its resident monkeys just a 30-minute drive away, along with the sophisticated restaurants and beach clubs of Seminyak. The resort is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service one date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast will be served at the Living Room, The Lounge or The Café from 7am until 10.30am.
• Massages are a choice between head or shoulder massages available at The Spa from 9am until 12 noon only. Advance bookings are required, subject to avaiability. In the event that the spa is closed during your stay, each guest is entitled to an additional set lunch (food only).
• Advance bookings are required for the private cabana and 30-minute massages. The private cabanas are subject to availability upon booking, otherwise are on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Daily afternoon tea, canapés, and free-flow cocktails will be served at the Lounge or the Living Room from 4pm until 6pm.
• A solo traveller will not receive double inclusions throughout the stay, regardless of package purchased.

Roundtrip Airport Transfer:

• Roundtrip airport transfers from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in a deluxe car
• English-speaking driver and all airport parking and toll fees
• One bottle of 330ml water per person

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com
• A four-passenger car can fit four pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat, each way, or you may bring your own to fit in the car.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

VIP Airport Assistance & Lounge Access (on departure):

Inclusions:

• Upon arrival and departure, you will be fast tracked through all airport queues.
• A staff member will escort you through all arrival and departure proceedings, including visa payment, immigration, customs, baggage collection, check-in and more.
• Access to the airport lounge on departure as you wait for your flight.
• Complimentary food, drinks and Wi-Fi.
• Access to a business centre, kids’ playground and open kitchen.

• You will need to provide the following documents when booking: picture of your passport, international vaccine certificate, flight detail information.
• You will need to pay US$35 for your visa upon arrival. It’s recommended to have this money in cash.
• This service complies with the Immigration and Customs rules of Indonesia.
• There is a three-hour maximum usage of the lounge. Longer stays will incur a charge.
• Children under two years old are admitted free of charge into the departure lounge with an adult.
