- Nyepi Day: The Nyepi Day of Silence takes place annually, during which airports are closed and check-in/out at the resort are unavailable. Please check ahead for dates.
- Your cocktail voucher covers two cocktails per package to use at The Bar between the hours of 3pm and 11pm.

- Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner Surcharge: For stays on 31 December 2021 and 31 December 2022, an additional surcharge applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner (buffet at The Café):
- 31 December 2021: IDR3,507,709 per adult (eight years and over), IDR1,692,790 per child (seven years and under)
- 31 December 2022: IDR3,683,095 per adult (eight years and over), IDR1,777,430 per child (seven years and under)
