7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

New Year’s Eve: Checkout and departure will be unavailable on 31 December 2025.

Packages are valid for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark and The Netherlands residents only. Customers who book the package and are not an Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark or The Netherlands resident will pay a surcharge of US$61 per room, per night upon check-in.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Festival Season Surcharges: Additional surcharges apply during festive seasons at IDR242,000 per adult on 14, 16 & 17 Feb 2026, from 19–21 March 2026 and 5 April 2026. Guests staying on 1 January 2026 are required to pay a surcharge of IDR290,000 per adult. Payable direct upon check in.

Optional Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 or 25 December 2025, an additional surcharge of IDR605,000 per person applies for the non-compulsory Christmas Eve or Day lunch or dinner at The Cafe or Table8. A charge of IDR1,160,390 net applies for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Dinner, or a charge of IDR1,208,790 for Christmas Day Lunch applies to additional guests not included in the base package. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Entertainment Surcharge: For stays on 31 December 2025, an additional surcharge of IDR2,178,000 per person applies for the compulsory New Year’s Entertainment in the Grand Ballroom (including a non-alcoholic drinks package). Payable directly to the resort. Please note the surcharge includes entertainment and non-alcoholic drinks only and does not include dinner.

Optional New Year Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2025, an additional surcharge of IDR1,960,000 net per person applies at The Café or Table8. For extra guests, a charge of IDR2,563,990 per person applies. Payable directly to the resort.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 18+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including lounges, VIP areas and private cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• The minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure, if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your Canna Bali pick-up when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp (+62 811 3830 1800) to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
