Mulia Resort boasts a prime location on a pristine stretch of Nusa Dua beachfront. Take a short walk to Pura Geger Temple and delve into the history and culture of the area, visit Museum Pasifika to marvel at historical artefacts and traditional Balinese artworks or jump on a boat to Sawangan, where you can enjoy some of the best swells on the island.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

New Years Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR 1,936,000 per person applies for the New Years Eve dinner. Dinner will be at The Cafe or Table8 on top of meal benefit available. For all additional guests, a charge of IDR 2,539,790 for the New Years Eve dinner applies. Payable directly to the resort. Please note 31 December, the dinner included in your package will not be available unless the above surcharge is paid.

New Years Day Dinner: For stays on 1 January, an additional surcharge of IDR 242,000 per person applies for the New Years Day dinner. Dinner will be at The Cafe or Table8 on top of meal benefit available. For all additional guests, a charge of IDR 845,790 for the New Years Day dinner applies. Payable directly to the resort. Please note 1 January, the lunch & dinner included in your package will not be available unless the above surcharge is paid.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Customers who are not a resident of Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark and The Netherlands will pay a surcharge of US$61 per room per night on check-in.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served in The Cafe from 7am – 11am (last order at 10.30am).
• Daily set lunch is served at Table8; buffet dinner at The Cafe or Table8; and set dinner at Edogin. If guests opt for an IDR500,000 dining credit, this can be used at Soleil (excluding Sunday brunch), Canelé (French artisanal patisserie), Mulia Deli or Cascade Lounge. Dining is subject to opening hours.
• One cocktail per adult, per package, is served at The Bar from 4pm – 7pm from a select menu. Non-alcoholic options are available.
• Dining credit based on net price, including tax and service charge. Excludes room service, non-alcoholic drinks, minibar and Sunday brunches in Soleil.
• The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• A solo traveller will not receive double inclusions throughout the stay, regardless of the package purchased.
• Please note that airport transfers, Canna Beach Club or TT Beach Club are not provided or organised by Mulia.
• Photos are representative of each type of room, and there is no guarantee that your room view and bed type will be the same as the photo, as it depends on the availability and location upon check-in.
• Subject to business demand, please note that the stated restaurant’s venue or meal type (buffet or set menu) may be changed or adjusted with the same value without any prior notice.
• Please note: for bookings at Royal Beachfront Suite, in case of any event happening at the Unity Garden that is located in front of Royal Beachfront Suite, Tour Operator or Company and guest will release and discharge Mulia from all liability, claims and demands due to noise and others, without prior notice.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage and either three adults or two adults and two children/infants.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR55,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including lounges, VIP areas and private cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• The minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Canna Bali Beach Club and the Luxury Escapes Departure Lounge, including one cocktail (21+) or mocktail per adult, a free canoe activity, complimentary ice cream treat per child, IDR500,000 discount per package on a Heritage Set Menu in Cliff VIP Dining Restaurant (with a minimum purchase of two set menus, reservation required), IDR100,000 discount per package toward a full-body massage and, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jugs of sangria and IDR500,000 discount per package on purchases of second bottles of selected wines.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is located in Nusa Dua. Return transfers to the club are included and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp (+62 823-4558-0600).
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay. It does not need to be used on your final day of travel, access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian (18+) and must be supervised at all times.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure, if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your Canna Bali pick-up when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp (+62 811 3830 1800) to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
