Compulsory New Years Eve Gala Dinner and Countdown Celebration: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of A$160 per adult (12+) and A$80 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Years Eve gala dinner and after-dinner countdown party. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. • Lunch or Dinner: Choice of two-course lunch or dinner at Anarasa restaurant is redeemable within restaurant opening hours (11am to 9pm daily). Bookings for lunch and dinner must be arranged through hotel reservations. Each meal includes one main course and one appetiser or dessert from a special menu. Anarasa Restaurant serves dishes with Indonesian and international flavors. Meal selections will be based on a special menu curated by Anarasa Restaurant.
• Spa Treatment: The 60-minute spa treatment is at Arkipela Spa and must be booked at check-in or through hotel reservations. Experience a 60-minute massage session for two at Arkipela Spa & Wellness. Try the signature treatment, The Sasak Massage, blending ancient Sasak techniques with modern relaxation. Please note, once booked, the treatment cannot be changed.
• Daily Cocktail or Mocktail: The daily cocktail/mocktail is redeemable at JeJaLa Pool Bar from 12pm to 6pm. Relax by the sunken JeJaLa Pool Bar and enjoy a refreshing cocktail or mocktail.
• Children Stay Free: At Movenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali, families can enjoy the benefit of complimentary meals for children under 12 as part of the package deals. The resort strives to create a welcoming atmosphere for families, ensuring that younger guests receive nutritious meals during their stay. Each child is entitled to one main course from the Kids Menu as part of the package. Meal selections will be based on a special menu curated by Anarasa Restaurant.
• Kid’s Club Access: Kids’ Club is limited to kids aged 4–11. Daily Kids’ Club access can be across multiple entries equalling up to four hours total. Kids’ Club paces are limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Children can enjoy four hours of daily access to the Meera Kids Club, featuring a pirate-themed space spread across two floors. The first floor offers an indoor playground with a trampoline and ball pit for toddlers and young children. Catch children’s movies in the amphitheatre or recharge in the sleeping room. Note: additional charges may apply for certain activities.
• Bike Usage: The two-hour complimentary bicycle usage is subject to availability for a leisurely exploration of the Jimbaran Area. Indulge in a leisurely exploration of Jimbaran with our complimentary bicycle usage, available for up to 2 hours (subject to availability) during your stay.
