Can I change my check-in date post-purchase: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults and one infant or two adults, two children and one infant. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

**Extra Guest Policy: **One additional guest (aged 12 years and above) may stay for a surcharge of KRW60,500 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation. Executive Lounge access is available for a surcharge of KRW36,300. Payable directly to the hotel.

**Child Policy: **Two children (aged 4 years and under) may stay for free sleeping on existing bedding, with accommodation and Executive Lounge access. Children aged 7 - 11 years may stay for a surcharge of KRW60,500 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation only. Executive Lounge access is available for a surcharge of KRW36,300 per night. Payable directly to the hotel.

**Baby Policy: **An infant (aged 12 months and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are available (subject to availability).
