7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-Day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All-inclusive dining is available at any onsite restaurant and bar, excluding room service. Free-flow alcoholic drinks are available at any onsite restaurant and bar, including local beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks, juices and water. Premium international brands are not included. Onsite bars are open from 10am to midnight. Daily complimentary minibar includes local beer and soft drinks.
• Included resort activities are subject to the resort schedule. Bicycle hire requires an additional charge.
• The included massages at The Spa by Merusaka must be booked in advance. Spa open from 9am to 5pm. The included spa discount must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Discount is valid for 20% off any treatment on the spa menu.
• Daily Tamaya Land Kids Club access is restricted to children aged 5–12 years. Kids’ club is open from 9am to 5pm.
• Club Lounge access (select packages only) includes personalised check-in and checkout, daily butler service, daily buffet and a la carte breakfast at the club lounge, complimentary snacks, fruit, soft drinks, tea and coffee throughout the day at the club lounge, afternoon tea at the club lounge (3pm to 4.30pm), evening cocktails and canapes in Homaya Terrace (4.30pm-6pm) and in-room breakfast.

Return Private Airport Transfers & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR55,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:
