Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

- The swimming pool at the Deluxe Building (Beachside) has been closed since 10 September 2024. Maintenance is scheduled until 30 November 2024. While the main pool is unavailable, other facilities are still accessible, including an alternative swimming pool located in the Standard City Building just across the street.
