7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Menus are subject to change without notice.
• The complimentary minibar is refilled once per day and includes soft drinks, beer, water, juice, sweets, snacks and coffee facilities.
• Breakfast is an international buffet and served at Sasa restaurant.
• Breakfast can also be enjoyed at Breeza Beach Club for guests in The Level One Bedroom Private Pool Villa or The Level Two Bedroom Private Pool Villa.
• Lunch, dinner and free-flow drinks can be accessed from all onsite food and drinks outlets during operational hours. Guests must pick from a select menu at each outlet.
  • Guests enjoy a 20% discount on non-inclusive food and beverages. Additional charges may apply for specific items, themed nights, and other amenities not included in the all-inclusive meal plan.
• Spa treatments must be booked in advance, to be redeemed at the YHI Spa. Guests may choose a treatment from the spa menu.
• In-room dining is available from 10.30pm to 6am.
• The complimentary use of non-motorised watersports includes a kayak and is subject to availability.
• The complimentary fitness classes include yoga, tai chi, stretching and more, based on resort schedule.
• Complimentary bike hire is valid for one hour per day, per person, and is subject to availability.
• The airport shuttle departs daily from Meliá Ho Tram at 2pm and from Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 6pm with one stop in District 2 before reaching its final destination. Shuttle transfer must be reserved in advance by emailing: concierge@meliahotram.com. Please note there are l imited seats, subject to availability. Refer to hotel’s transportation services timetable.
• A daily shuttle bus operates between the resort and Ho Chi Minh City. The shuttle departs from Melia Ho Tram daily at 11am with pick-up at Ba Lá Trà Milk Tea Shop (Sarimi Building, Block A2, Sala Urban Area, Thu Duc City) at 2pm.
• Guests staying in The Level One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Private Pool Villas will receive the following benefits: complimentary access to The Level Lounge with tea, coffee and snack station; afternoon cocktail and savoury snacks at The Level Pool from 4pm to 6pm daily; private check-in and checkout and concierge services; selection of digital newspapers and magazines; complimentary internet access; 4pm late checkout (subject to availability); a private pool for The Level guests; preferential reservation in restaurants and YHI Spa and complimentary use of sauna and steam rooms at YHI Spa.
